Git clone created index.js in working copy

#1

When cloning a repo into a new project, an index.js file is created if one does not exist. The file can be discarded, but it’s annoying that it gets created when it wasn’t in the original repo.

Hi Stonehippo

Right now, having an index.js file in your project is mandatory in order to run your Node.js apps. We’re working on making this more flexible and so that get rid of the index.js requirement.

Sorry for the inconvenience as we now that in some situations it can cause more harm than benefits.
